Due to the nature if the electronics manufacturing industry, we are unable to offer a “money-back guarantee” however, we do offer AMI’s famous “Satisfaction Guarantee”: We will repair your device so that it operates properly and consistently.
Estimate provided is final and cannot be changed even if the cost of the repair to AMI is greater than the estimate amount
Customers will be contacted when repairs are completed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to collect the merchandise within three (3) days after having been notified.
Failure to do so may result in the disposal of the merchandise by AMI after thirty (30) days of last notification.
